Obituary of Jerry Allen Billingsly

Jerry Allen Billingsly was born to James and Kathryn Billingsly, September 19, 1939, in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Jerry was one of 10 children, seven (7) boys and three (3) girls. Jerry is proceeded in death by his parents, sisters Rubye Barker, Wilma Flanagen, and brothers Arlie Billingsly, Clifton, Billingsly, Don Billingsly, Claude Billingsly, He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Paula Billingsly, of Sapulpa, his daughter Debra and son Steven, ten (10) grandchildren, three (3) great grandchildren, his sister, Linda House of San Diego, Ca, Ray Billingsly of Tulsa and Larry Billingsly of Tulsa. Jerry grew up in Lake Station in Sand Springs. After graduation Jerry attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah before attending The University of Tulsa with his wife Paula. Jerry was in the Army for three (3) years where he was a PFC at the time of his honorable discharge. Jerry was employed by Texaco and Sinclair Refinery for over 31 years before retiring in 2002. Jerry married his wife, Paula Ann Clark on November 14, 1965. They have two (2) children, Debra and Steven. Jerry was a loving husband and father. He enjoyed spending time visiting family and friends, going on vacation, playing cards with his brothers and playing with his grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 24, 2015 at Green Hill Funeral Home.
