Obituary of DOROTHY Lue LAMBERT

Dorothy Lue Lambert was born in Talladega, Alabama on June 6, 1927 to Carrie May Brown Ford and Rolland Eugene Brown. She was part of a large family, she had nine brothers and sisters, some have preceded her in death. Dorothy called West Tulsa home for years. She moved to Sapulpa, Oklahoma, the place she called home, and lived the rest of her days there. Bethel Manor was the place she called home the last years and everyone knew Dorothy as a friend. Dorothy was preceded in death by children Carrie Lynn Lambert; Marvin Glen Lambert; grandchildren Gayla Lambert; and Treasa Rena Lambert. She is survived by three children; Alvin Lambert and Norma Jean Lambert of Mounds, OK; Raymond Leroy Lambert of West Tulsa; and Linda Dicky and Michael Wayne Dicky of West Tulsa; grandchildren Donnie Lambert of Tulsa; Gwendolyn Wise of Sapulpa; Bryan Lambert of Tulsa; Michelle of Tulsa; Clinton Lambert of Texas; Gary Moser of Owasso; Anita Rena McKinsey of Oregon; and a whole host of great-grandchildren, too many to name. Every child knew her as Grandma. Grandma was a great influence in many lives, she would do anything she could for anyone, including giving the shirt of her back to help anyone. She went to meet the Lord Jesus on November 18, 2014. Her work here was done and they needed another grandma in heaven.
